Another humble subject of the Lord
Fr. Jim took up my humility post yesterday, and (without meaning to impugn me) correctly noted that those of us who speak the most about humility are often those who live it least. Since he has hit the nail on the head in my own case, here's another exercise in humility for you. (His post, which includes St. Ignatius' levels of humility, is worth a look. Yesterday's examples were very easy compared to this one:
Think of Saddam Hussein. Now acknowledge that he is every bit as loved by God as you are, and that he is just as important to Christ as you.
